Why management quickly gets complicated

A small studio with two or three staff members – and appointment planning becomes a coordination task. Who offers which massage? Who is there on which day? What happens when someone is sick or on holiday?

Without a system, everything ends up in your head or on scraps of paper. That works up to a point – and then it does not.

Double bookings

When availability is not managed centrally, two customers can book the same staff member at the same time.

Holiday not blocked

If holiday times are not entered in the system, bookings continue to be accepted for times when nobody is there.

Forgotten public holidays

Public holidays in Germany vary by federal state. If they are not blocked, bookings are made for days the studio is closed.

Services not correctly assigned

If a staff member only offers Thai massage, they must not be bookable for aromatherapy massage. This assignment must be maintained correctly.

Yes. Absences can be entered at any time – even at short notice for sick days.

Are customers automatically notified when something changes?

Existing bookings are not automatically cancelled. You can contact affected customers directly.

Can I set different working hours for different staff members?

Yes. Each staff member has their own working hours and service assignments.
